CL’s Story With YG Entertainment
CL has the birth name Lee Chae-rin, was born in Seoul, South Korea, on February 26th, 1991. During her childhood, CL spent time in Japan and France because of her father’s work which required him to temporarily stop in several countries. It was also rumored that CL had undergone training at JYP Entertainment and around the age of 15 she finally debuted as a member of 2NE1 in 2009 under YG Entertainment. The song was one of CL’s most successful songs when she debuted as a singer in America with the theme ‘The Baddest Female.’.
In August 2016, CL released her latest single titled “Lifted.” Initially, the fans were very enthusiastic and excited because CL came back with a new music video and she had a chance to attend The Late Late Show with James Corden by presenting her new song.
Besides that, CL held a concert in America and visited several cities in Europe with the tour ‘Hello Bitches Your’ at the end of 2016.
